Anne Rosen
for Board of
Education.

"Experience you trust. Leadership that matters."
I care deeply about our children, our schools, and our community. As an educator, a parent, and a grandparent, I want to bring experience, practicality, and a steady voice to the Board of Education.

A Lifetime of Service
to Our Community
Anne Rosen is a longtime Talbot County resident with decades of experience in education. She began as a parent volunteer, supporting students and teachers through PTO involvement and classroom work.
She later became a science and math teacher at Easton Middle School and went on to serve as a school counselor at White Marsh Elementary.
Anne brings a well-rounded perspective as a parent, educator, and counselor, with a deep understanding of what students, teachers, and families need to succeed.

Three Core Priorities
Anne's platform is focused on what matters most: students, families, and a future worth pursuing.
Accountability
Clear expectations drive real results.
Clear, consistent expectations for academics and behavior so every student can succeed. Anne believes students flourish when they know what is expected and are supported in meeting those expectations.
What This Means
- High academic standards across all grade levels
- Consistent behavior expectations school-wide
- Transparent reporting to families and the community
- Holding the board and administration accountable
Family Partnerships
Families are partners, not bystanders.
Strong communication and transparency so families are informed, respected, and involved. Anne knows from decades of experience that students thrive when families and schools work together.
What This Means
- Timely, clear communication from schools
- Open-door approach to parent involvement
- Respect for family values and concerns
- Regular community updates on board decisions
Meaningful Life Skills
Preparing students for every path forward.
Preparing students for real-world success: whether that's college, a career, the military, or whatever path they choose. Education should open doors, not close them.
What This Means
- Expand vocational and career pathway programs
- Support dual-enrollment and AP course access
- Strengthen college readiness programs
- Honor all paths: military, trade, and beyond
